It's very hard not to find beauty in the state of Vermont, and even easier in fall. Everywhere you look, you see the most beautiful things. This was the Mill Museum in Weston, VT.
I am a New Englander, born and raised. I tend to gravitate toward landscape and seascape photos, although, I do love to get shots of old buildings and barns. Over the past few years, I've done some work with macros and find it to be a lot of fun. I've entered many contests and had some luck with my photos. I live in a very colorful place, so the fall and summer photos are usually a hit. In the summer, I head to the White Mountains in New Hampshire and get some of the most majestic shots of the landscape there. But I don't always have to travel....just sitting in my computer chair, I have the most beautiful colored trees to capture right out my own window. I also drive across the United States once a year.
