Day Is Nearly Done Canvas Print

This location in Hamden, Connecticut was a "must shoot". I loved the sun setting behind the farm, the leaves beginning to turn, and the horses in the field. It just all came together for me with sun sitting low in the sky.

I am a New Englander, born and raised. I tend to gravitate toward landscape and seascape photos, although, I do love to get shots of old buildings and barns. Over the past few years, I've done some work with macros and find it to be a lot of fun. I've entered many contests and had some luck with my photos. I live in a very colorful place, so the fall and summer photos are usually a hit. In the summer, I head to the White Mountains in New Hampshire and get some of the most majestic shots of the landscape there.
